Refund & Returns Policy:

At Holistic Renewal Collective, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, we ask customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened skincare or body care products cannot be returned.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
