Purpose:

Directions:

Massage a small amount onto desired areas until fully absorbed. Use as needed before or after physical activity, or anytime you want to enjoy a cooling-to-warming sensation.

For tension-prone areas, gently apply to the back of the neck, shoulders, or hips. If applying near the temples, use sparingly and avoid the eyes and mucous membranes. During sauna sessions, apply a small amount to the neck, back, shoulders, knees, or other desired areas to enhance the cooling-to-warming sensory experience.
